For students who need to change their attire, please come at least 10 mins before class.
Things to bring

Yoga mat if you have one. Towels and water are provided.
Attire
•
Come with bare feet. Yoga wear should allow free movement of various body parts in a variety of stretch and twist positions. Preferably, lightweight and comfortable to wear clothing.

Changing rooms are provided. Please change into your yoga attire before the class starts.
Meals
•
For best results, please abstain from eating 1 - 2 hours before practice.
•
Avoid having a full stomach or getting really hungry during practice.
State of health
•
We do not allow students to take part in yoga classes when they are not feeling well.

During classes if you feel nauseous, feverish, pain or inflammation in any part of your body, or experience difficulty in breathing, please rest and do not exert yourself.

Exercise during menstruation is generally recommended. It is believed that exercise can ease the discomfort of cramps; quell mood swings, anxiety, and depression; and reduce bloating. However this decision is individual and we leave it to the student's discretion.
