 Osho Dynamic Meditation will take place once monthly until we have more participants.
 
During this unique 1-hr process, you will journey through 5-stages including dynamic breathing, cathartic expression, active mantra, silence and free dance. Dynamic Meditation is a powerful technique to bring awareness to the observer, truly engaging in the present moment, and is suitable for beginners or long-time practitioners. The experience is always different! Though the meditation is excellent for individual self-practice, a unique depth is reached when practiced with group energy. Join us for this dynamic inner journey! The meditation is best practiced in the early morning so as to bring energy & awareness to the day ahead. It is a wonderful method of 'cleaning house' and allowing repressed emotions, thoughts, energies to be released and clear the way for silence.
