A series of workshops led by teachers from the Diamond Mountain University, who are visiting Singapore with Geshe Michael Roach this month. They are offering a wonderful variety of classes, including two different series of Tibetan Heart Yoga and Yoga Dance from 15th - 17th December. These are the last sessions the teachers will lead in Singapore before entering a 3-year silent meditation retreat.
