Light 
Light is designed for all levels of students, with an emphasis on beginner postures and processes. We invite everyone to join at least one light class per week. Each teacher will deliver a different version of Light, so it is always fun and new, no matter what class you decide to attend.
Bring the Light into your practice and your life, and everything will seem brighter.
 


Energy
This is a more vibrant class. You will have to work a bit harder, learn new and innovative postures and be ready to deepen into your practice. It will be demanding at times, but always rewarding. We suggest blending Light and Energy classes throughout the week to get the best out of your practice.Open to new Energy in your body mind and spirit.


Therapeutic
This class is designed to teach you about the limitations and stresses of the body. We will discuss injuries, ailments and other challenges that are often present in each and every one of us. No matter who you are or how long you have practiced, from time to time you will experience challenges in your yoga practice. This class is meant to shed light on those problems, and to find a way to work through them.
Therapeutic yoga is a way into the deeper workings of your body and mind.


Fresh Start
This is your wake up call. Roll out of bed, and into your body with Fresh Start. No better way to begin your day than by reconnecting your body and mind, and opening to the possibilities of breath and vitality. Everyone is welcome, as this class is designed for all levels of yogis, and will certainly leave you feeling awake and ready for the day ahead of you.

Asthanga
A unique system of yoga that practiced in its correct sequential order it gradually leads the practitioner to rediscovering his or her fullest potential on all levels of human consciousness, physical, psychological, and spiritual. Through this practice of correct breathing (Ujjayi) Pranayama), postures (asanas), and gazing point (drishtis), mudras and bandhas, dharana (concentration) & dhyana (meditation) to detoxify, distress and increase your vitality. We gain control of the senses and a deep awareness of our selves. By maintaining this discipline with regularity and devotion, one acquires steadiness of body and mind.

 
Maternity Yoga
This class is designed to meet the needs of pregnancy and new beginnings of motherhood, Pre-Natal Yoga is a safe form of yoga that helps to improve the general flexibility of the body and to strengthen the pelvic muscles, which is the core muscle used during delivery. It improves blood circulation in the body and also stimulates the organs and glands. This helps to reduce high blood pressure, which some expectant mothers may experience during pregnancy. Come strengthen and relax your body, ease your mind and connect with your baby in a safe and supportive environment. Feel inspired and nourished in a community of women sharing the experience of pregnancy and birth.

Back for Good (Yoga for Back Pain)
A therapeutic aspect of Yoga, especially for those with sport injuries due to spinal related problem or lower back issue. This class will addresses your problem using simple physical postures together with breathing techniques to relieve the tension and stress on the targeted area. Anyone with neck, shoulder and lower back pain will benefit from this soothing and relaxing class.
