The Basic Yoga class is for complete beginners and also those who have been doing yoga but want to relearn the fundamentals. The instructor will explain each basic posture step by step in detail. By learning the key elements of each posture, beginners can speed up the learning process and non-beginners will deepen their understanding of the postures.

基礎のポーズをひとつひとつゆっくりと解説しながら行います。

Light ライト
Light is designed for all levels of students, with an emphasis on beginner postures and processes. We invite everyone to join at least one light class per week. Each teacher will deliver a different version of Light, so it is always fun and new, no matter what class you decide to attend.

This is a more vibrant class. You will have to work a bit harder, learn new and innovative postures and be ready to deepen into your practice. It will be demanding at times, but always rewarding. Ashtanga アシュタンガ
A unique system of yoga that practiced in its correct sequential order it gradually leads the practitioner to rediscovering his or her fullest potential on all levels of human consciousness, physical, psychological, and spiritual. Through this practice of correct breathing (Ujjayi) Pranayama), postures (asanas), and gazing point (drishtis), mudras and bandhas, dharana (concentration) & dhyana (meditation) to detoxify, distress and increase your vitality. We gain control of the senses and a deep awareness of our selves. By maintaining this discipline with regularity and devotion, one acquires steadiness of body and mind. Intermediate level lass.

A powerful series of flowing and jumping movements of Hatha Yoga. For the practitioner looking for a more challenging yoga workout. Great for the cardio vascular system and builds strength and endurance. Burns more calories than a 2-hour cardio workout. For a slim, strong, toned and flexible body.
Dynamic Yoga ダイナミックヨガ (starting from Jan,2012)
Great for those who enjoy a good cardiovascular workout! This class consists of a flow of movements that promotes strength, endurance, flexibility and agility. Prepare to sweat it out!!
This is a great class to help you build a solid foundation for your yoga practice. You will learn how to practice yoga with full body and mind awareness, you will develop physical stamina and mental strength, you will improve your balance, increase your mental focus and concentration, and become more flexible. Most importantly - you will learn how to practice yoga with a smile!!! :)))
Flow means “breath-synchronized movement.” moving from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This technique is sometimes also called Vinyasa because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. This style allows for a lot of variety and continuous movement, not just stretching. If you enjoy having things a little loose and unpredictable and like to move, Flow is probably right for you.
Mums with Kids マムウィズキッズ
We created the class for mothers who want to spend more time with their kids but also want to do more yoga.
Kids 0~12 yrs old can join their mothers. But basically this yoga class is for their mothers.Smaller kids can hang out near their mums (Blankets and cushions are provided) while older ones can try yoga.
Participation is limited to mothers with their kids.
子供と一緒に時間を過ごしたい、でももっとヨガをしたい!というお母様のためのクラスです。乳幼児(0歳)から
12歳までのお子様とご一緒に参加できます。ただし、キッズヨガではなく基本的にはお母様のためのヨガクラスです。まだ小さいお子様はお母様のそばで(ブランケット、クッションあります)少し大きいお子様はお母様と一緒にLet's try yoga! 参加はお子様連れのお母様に限ります。
Maternity Yoga (Pre-natal Yoga) マタニティヨガ
This class is designed to meet the needs of pregnancy and new beginnings of motherhood, Pre-Natal Yoga is a safe form of yoga that helps to improve the general flexibility of the body and to strengthen the pelvic muscles, which is the core muscle used during delivery. It improves blood circulation in the body and also stimulates the organs and glands. This helps to reduce high blood pressure, which some expectant mothers may experience during pregnancy. Come strengthen and relax your body, ease your mind and connect with your baby in a safe and supportive environment. Feel inspired and nourished in a community of women sharing the experience of pregnancy and birth.
Post-natal Yoga 産後ヨガ (starting from Jan,2012)
Post-natal yoga is an excellent way for new mothers to regain strength and the mental release from her demanding role as a mother. Yoga helps to turn the attention on the mother to relax and focus on herself while practicing, so she will be refreshed and ready to parent again after class. The yoga poses focus on helping mothers strengthen and stabilize in the core abdominal, pelvic floor and back muscles. It is recommended that mothers should not start post-natal class for 6-8 weeks after a vaginal birth and 10 weeks after a caesarean section.
Back Pain バックペイン
A therapeutic aspect of Yoga, especially for those with sport injuries due to spinal related problem or lower back issue. This class will addresses your problem using simple physical postures together with breathing techniques to relieve the tension and stress on the targeted area. Anyone with neck, shoulder and lower back pain will benefit from this soothing and relaxing class.
