CLASSIC I & III *NEW! WITH EDDIE
Coming Saturday, August 2nd, we will be introducing Classic
III right after
Classic I. This will be the class where you reassess the
quality of your
practice up till now, and realise only when breath can
remain relax you can
really work on your internal strength and internal will
power, and feel ease
amongst your effort. Looking forward to see all of you
in class.
The schedule for Classic I & III is as follows:
When: Every Saturday, Classic I (4.30pm) , Classic III
(5.45pm)
Location: Killiney studio @ 8 Dublin Road (off Killiney
Road, 5mins walk

Yoga Instructor Training Course (Y.I.T.C.)

Starting August 2008
You will receive personal guidance and training from one
of the most
experienced Teachers from India, where we will be given
insights to gain a
deeper understanding of Yoga, discovering the humour and
enlightenment that
is possible through a Yoga Master.
The course has been designed through years of experience
and research by
INSTITUTE OF VIVEKANANDA YOGA AND RESEARCH DEVELOPMENT.
This couse will
also focus on alignment, adjustment techniques of using
yoga props and also
hands on adjustment techniques, that is being used by renown
teachers in
worldwide.
Upon completion of the course, students are able to safely
teach Hatha Yoga
or be a yoga evangelist based on their experience and continued
self-practice.
Open to students of all levels who have sincere desire
to learn and share.
Course Durations - One month
Weekdays:
Mornings, Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9am~1pm
Weekends:
Friday, 7pm~10pm, Sat & Sun, 9am~3pm
*Saturday and Sunday timings can be adjusted to suit majority
of the
students.
